Touch, Touch, Touch! About 2 weeks ago I was listening to an Active Rain sponsored webinar on internet marketing and was surprised to hear the speaker say he likes to touch his contacts about 92 times per year. I’m a high touch person but 92 times a year. I’m just not sure I’m making the grade. One way to get lots of touches in, is MLS alerts. Okay, let me fast forward just a bit….I don’t actually use the mls for my alert as my IDX provider has a method for new listing alerts … (2 comments)
