About 2 weeks ago I was listening to the AR Webinar and I had some great take aways. I'm not a big script person but as I get older I find myself forgetting more so a few useful reminders pinned up in front of me can't hurt. Here are two reminder phrases I wrote out.

I don’t know where to start other than “I got featured”. I am # 6 in my county for Active Rank in Ranking and by my own admission I’ve been on a mission to get to # 4. Touch, Touch, Touch! About 2 weeks ago I was listening to an Active Rain sponsored webinar on internet marketing and was surprised to hear the speaker say he likes to touch his contacts about 92 times per year. I’m a high touch person but 92 times a year. I’m just not sure I’m making the grade. One way to get lots of touches in, is MLS alerts. On various blogs, I had several comments on agents who were frustrated while trying to schedule appointments, give referrals, etc. I'm happy to say I found a realtor in Cape May NJ who could handle the lead. On another note, I was in Atlantic City over the weekend and fall is in full swing. The fall colors are out, cool nights, brisk mornings and all that makes a fall day something special.
