As I meet with potential clients, I ask three simple questions: 1. What do you hope to get out of me as your Realtor? 2. What do you hope to get out of this transaction? 3. What are your interests/ family interests? Why do I ask what my potential client's interests' are? Simply put, I would like to know them on a personal level as well as a business level. Sure, I like to receiving referrals from friends and family but more importantly it is all about the client. The homebuying and selling process is a difficult one, and if I can minimize (2 comments)
