When They Complain It Really Means They Love MeIt took me a long time to realize that anyone who gave me negative feedback was actually expressing love towards me. I could never have realized this in my 20's when I would give everyone my opinion (good or bad) because I thought I knew everything. Then came my thirties as I started to relax and wait for people to ask before offering them my sage wisdom. Now, standing on the edge of 40 (in November!) feedback: Help Me! I Need To Know What You Think!

I am considering adding audio and/or video to the product and services pages of my website. The idea being that when you come to the web page, you'd get to either see and/or hear me talk about the product on that page. I would set it up so that you would have to hit the "play" button to hear it, so it wouldn't be annoying. This upgrade would represent a huge amount of time on my part to get all of the recording done and then get it to upload onto the appropriate pages (if I add it to all of the … (6 comments)
