Checkout this awesome video of 24-hours at Walmart.
Photographer Stephen Wilkes of artist management agency Bernstein & Andiulli took a photo every 10 seconds over a 24-hour time period and compressed 1800 picture into a two minute video clip.
Shoppers appear like ants, racing around the store and finally passing through the checkout registers.

marketing: False Advertsing and Short Sale Listings - 01/19/09 03:33 AM
I've noticed a disturbing trend with Short Sale Listings on our MLS.
The property is advertised at a List Price and there's a statement to the effect that the Short Sale has been approved, but in small print, or the private remarks section, the listing agent confirms the approved price which is different to the advertised list price.
This is blatantly false advertising and misleads many prospective buyers.
Often when the public scans the MLS ads they see a listing at an advertised price and rely on that as correct (as they should). Why should we as the buyer's agents have … (9 comments)
