I don't know about anyone else, but the market here in Arizona has been very hot, just like our weather is HOT! Our market has been climbing for months. Although this has been a good thing for the economy, it has also been frustrating. While prices are rising, this means multiple offers, writing multiple contracts and trying to help clients not to become discouraged. Appraisals have also been a huge problem.
