After you have put your home on the market and you receive several offers, and you don't know what to do....it's TOO LATE to call a professional Realtor for help!!! Realtor's are trained to help negotiate and take care of all transactions and details, whether you are a buying or selling a home. They are educated and trained and know more about contract law and guidelines, marketing and contract negotiation skills than the client.
