Ok the media paints the picture of the greedy Realtor in sublte ways all the time. We never see the story of how th Realtor saved the day and helped the people unless the NAR runs an ad. Te free media we get is how overpaid and greedy the Realtors are and how you might not need them at all. Hello Everyone, Are Spokane Realtors ahead or behind of technology? It seems that other cities certainly have faster markets than the Spokane Real Estate Market. Some markets have homes moving in a week and I can only imagine the level of competition. Probably a dog eat dog world. But that also makes things move faster.
