applicants: Taxes help the rental market...don't slow down.

Applicants are moving this month at a high rate and taxes might be the reason. During the month of February and March people are getting there taxes back and making a move. During late March and April a drop might happen from tenants who dont want to move because money is tight since they must pay taxes. Hopefully people will be getting taxes back this year and not paying.
I really think with taxes in the mail, people will be changing the address where they will be sent.

After listening to President Obama tonight my thoughts ventured to credit reports. Finding good tenants during an economic time is possible, but should you take risks? Applicants claim everybody has bad credit these days. Not a bad point. Scanning through about 5-7 credit reports a day 80% of the reports look bad.
People tell you they will be the best tenants even though they have bad credit and don't pay there bills. My feeling is looks like a duck, quacks like a duck, it must be a duck. Good credit and good applicants are out there it just takes … (1 comments)
