pricing: Florence AL market still appreciating

The Northwest Alabama cities of Florence and Muscle Shoals made a good list put together by Yahoo Finance recently. It's a list of ten housing markets with appreciating prices. This is something that you sort of know if you're local to the area, but it's still nice to see it verified. Of course this doesn't mean values are skyrocketing, but they weren't going up that fast before the bust either. All in all it's good news for the Tennessee Valley.
