The other day I was having a conversation about home prices and interest rates with one of our preferred lenders that we use here at The Pulford Team. Noting that Interest rates had ticked up recently, I asked his opinion on where he thought we were in the rate cycle. Do recent rate movements mean that the rate rocket is set to take off?
