I hope everybody enjoyed a great Labor Day weekend, and that everyone had a chance to spend some time with family and friends. While at a weekend party in our Augusta Ranch neighborhood in Mesa Arizona, I was listening to a discussion between friends about if this a good time to purchase a home.
