Yes, that's right. You're not imagining this. Keller Williams, the 4th largest brokerage in the US, added a home valuation module to their homepage where potential clients can see what their home is worth according to Zillow (and Cyberhomes).
Why would they do this you might ask? Two reasons:
1. Consumers want this information.
2. It's a great "conversation starter" to try to get consumers to contact a KW agent from the website.

I'm pleased to tell you that Keller Williams, the fourth largest real estate franchise in North America (with 650 offices and 73,000 associates) is now sending their listings to Zillow. If you're a Keller Williams agent, this means that you no longer have to manually upload your listings to Zillow. Instead, they'll come automatically via a listings feed.
