I trust everyone is having a super successful Sunday!    I am in a conundrum. Here are the details:   I have a contract with tenants where the contract expires at the end June 30, 2017.   Tenants have verbally given notice that they will not be renewing the lease on May 31, 2017. They also asked if I could let them stay in the property a few more days on May 31, 2017. Then on June 1, 2017 they said they would like to stay until July 10, 2017.   I started to advertise the home on May 31, 2017 … (2 comments)
