Following the successful closing of 1757 Countrywood Court, Hyattsville MD I am proud to say that the following donations have been made: My Choice $50 to Helping Hands Jamaica Foundation - This is a charity designed to raise funds to improve education in Jamaica. As a product of the Jamaican educational system I am honored to be able to make a small contribution. Beginning in January 2010 I implemented Pay It Forward - $150 donation to charity with every closing. Following the successful short sale closing of 3311 E Baltimore Street, Baltimore MD I am happy to report that the following donations have been or will be made: $50 to Our Place DC - This charity was brought to my attention by my seller clients.
