I get this question a lot from potential buyers. Of course the obvious answer is that a mortgage professional will be able to help you determine how much home you can afford. But a good mortgage professional is more than just running the credit and determining the maximum amount a person can spend on a house. After I had my son I decided I wanted to get back into shape. I hired a personal trainer and began my quest to "bring sexy back". My good friend Bridget McGee, AKA Mortgage Mama has registered to participate in the Iron Girl in Columbia, MD in August 2011.
