Now come on.... if your thinking about investing... don't you think now is the time?????? With interest rates this low you can really take advantage of the real estate markets right now... especially in Atlanta. Where homes are priced to sell... the investors bargaining power is immense!!! Bring your money to Atlanta... buy a house cash for $50K or get a cheap mortgage for a stellar home... did you know that the average 3bed 2bath home here on a nice plot in a nice family/rental community averages around $150K???? How many of us are thinking about investing overseas???????? Europe, Africa, Caribbean????? Well... it's time to start thinking about investing in the U.S first! It is cheap, easy to acquire with less legal restraints and complicated tax structures. Coming from the U.K myself I know how complicated it is to acquire property in Europe! It is not simply getting a realtor to do all the paperwork for you and to find you that great property you've been looking for the past 10 years. It is more of a legal process involving land lawyers and surveyors, with so many people in one … (0 comments)
