You want to talk about a deal? How about more than 2500SF for under $75K! This wonderful home was owned by the same family for more than 40 years! They raised 10 kids in this home, and belive it or not, all 10 had to sign off on the closing documents-- now that was one painful morning for the power of attorney! This beautiful home had so many of the original features including the solid doors. It really was a surprise once we got inside! Congrats, Mr. S!

A builder got a deal on this home, and will likely do some rehab work to it and relist it. What a deal! It's at the end of a street too, so no traffic will pass by!

After lots of patience and waiting, we finally got this home closed as a short sale. As you may know, a "short sale" is anything but short, in terms of a timeline. It's when the bank or mortgage holder takes a "short" on what is owed to pay off the balance. The seller ended up getting 9 offers over a 9 month period, but some patient buyers were the ones that really won! The house next door sold for $30K more than what these buyers paid for this house... just about 9 months earlier. WOW!

This was an exciting accepted offer! We were in a competing offer situation and the other offer was countered. But then, as I watched the MLS, it never pended. So, I followed up with the listing agent and he said to get a new contract in ASAP and we ended up getting it! WOW! This house was absolutely perfect, even down to the paint colors. My buyers just moved right in! And, the sellers-- who were the original owners of the home-- had every manual for every item in the home... AND the blueprints. WOW! That's some great record-keeping!

Well, we tried to sell this home about a year ago, and had no succes. At that time, the sellers took the home off the market and decided to wait and see what would happen. Then, in January we relisted it, and in 14 days it sold for 98% of list price. Not too bad! This is a great home, with a wonderful open backyard, and a brand new deck! The sellers took great care of the property and truly loved it while they lived there.
