Well, I'm pretty sure this was the deal of the year... at least thus far. I could have sold this home about three times, but only one of my buyers was the lucky winner! They were able to see it within a few hours of it hitting the market, and I'm glad they did-- it would have been gone fast! In fact, the listing agent didn't even have time to upload the photos before we submitted a cash offer and got it accepted! 4BR, 3.5Ba, 3000SF and possibly the largest backyard I've seen in Granger. Another great Granger home is sold! This property, though situated in a popular neighborhood, makes you feel like you're nestled in the woods! It backs up to one of the many "green belts" that runs through the neighborhood, so you have a real park-like (very wooded) backyard. The sellers said they spent as much time on the front porch, though, because the neighbhors are all so wonderful and friendly!

It has 5 bedrooms, which is just what they needed, and ample living space too. Plus, there's a full finished basement. SOLD for 94% of list price!  This Granger home was sold in 42 days! It pended in December, and closed in January. So... who says houses don't sell in the winter? Not I! This house is in great shape, and in a highly desireable area/neighborhood. The buyers loved it from the minute they walked in the door.
