This buyer, adament about his offering price, got this home after being listed for more than a year for 89% of list price... and that doesn't include all of the reductions the seller made from when it was originally listed. I am so excited for this buyer, as it's a great property and a great location!

You want to talk about a deal? How about more than 2500SF for under $75K! This wonderful home was owned by the same family for more than 40 years! They raised 10 kids in this home, and belive it or not, all 10 had to sign off on the closing documents-- now that was one painful morning for the power of attorney! This beautiful home had so many of the original features including the solid doors. It really was a surprise once we got inside! Congrats, Mr. S!
