What causes some staged homes to get a contract within days of listing and at close to asking price while other houses linger? I try to analyze the common denominators when a staged home goes under contract quickly and here's what I've found: · The Realtor, seller and stager are ALL mentally invested in the process. The seller has to take an active role, even if it's just approving the work that needs to be done to update or take care of the deferred maintenance.
