Recently, I was told that the house is staged but when I look at the photos on the MLS, the rooms are still VACANT!
STAGING THE KITCHEN COUNTER IS BETTER THAN NO STAGING, BUT FOR MAX APPEAL,  KEY LIVING SPACES  NEED COMPLETE STAGING! 
STAGING IS MORE THAN SOME DECOR ON THE KITCHEN COUNTER AND TOWELS  IN THE BATHROOM. 
 
A PROFESSIONALLY STAGED ROOM SHOULD LOOK "MOVE-IN" ready.

When your house is on the market, keep it cool in the hot weather.
Now that the summer sun has warmed up into the 90's and even up to 100 here in West Texas, a nice cool air conditioned house will be remembered!

When STAGING A HOME FOR SALE,   FRESH GREENERY, FRESH FLOWERS,and  FRESH FRUIT ADD a sense of LIFE AND NEWNESS AND COLOR  TO THE HOME.  For the home seller, there is no faster OR less expensive way to add the touch of luxury.

The steps to a comprenhensive staging consultation will be a curb to curb plan with a detailed room by room checklist and will include addressing minor repairs and paint color selection.  Note:  major repairs/remodeling should be completed before calling a home stager if you are planning to sell.

With cooler weather, it's time to make hot chocolate and enjoy warmth of the fire in the fireplace.  Staging the Fireplace when the house is for sale makes the Fireplace a desirable selling feature of the home.  Nothing is more appealing than warm firelight on a blustery day.
