Where does the bed go when staging the bedroom? When you live in the house - where ever you want the bed to go! However, when you are selling or staging a vacant bedroom, this is a good time to think about where the bed goes.

To create a dining room, the obvious focal point is going to be the dining table. 1. Just accept the fact that some home sellers really think the walls of their house are already painted the perfect colors. After all they agonized for days and weeks choosing the perfect colors of plum & eggplant. Tell them to paint their walls neutral anyway. The reason for this is that buyers want move-in ready and painting over navy blue or burgandy red takes three coats of paint, no matter what you heard on a home and garden channel. 2.
