Staging is marketing.  Let me say that again.  Staging is marketing.
 
Now, I know that your home is clean, comfortable, and move in ready.
 
However, the buyer doesn't want to stay in Motel Six, they want the Ritz Carleton.
 
Now I know you wash your hands every day and even use soap, and that you even clean the toilet and a have a toilet brush handy, but
THE BUYER DOES NOT CARE.  
 
Buyers want new, luxurious, fanciful, a dream house!

STAGED HOMES SELL FASTER!  HOW FAST IS FASTER?  ONE MONTH?  ONE WEEK?  
 
HOW ABOUT ONE DAY?  
 
 HOME WAS OPEN FOR AN OPEN HOUSE THE FIRST DAY OF LISTING AND BUYER CAME AND MADE OFFER THAT SELLER ACCEPTED!
 
WHAT IS THE KEY TO SUCCESS?  STAGE IT OF COURSE AND EVERY DETAIL IS COMPLETE PRIOR TO BEING OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.
 
Of course stagers have a way of making everything look easy.  That is the hallmark of a professional stager!  If it really was that simple, wouldn't everyone sell their home their home quickly?
