iT'S THE DIFFERENCE  between night and day in this apt between vacant and NOW STAGED.
 
A prospective tenant just walked through THIS APT and  upon arriving at the bedroom ecitedly exclaimed,
"Oh, this is so pretty," and  I have to agree with her!
HERE"S the Living Room before: Although freshly painted ,it is still hard to see where to place furnishings.
