tenants: Are You This Picky About Clean?!

ARE YOU THIS PICKY ABOUT CLEAN?! Recently a tenant moved out and I had agreed the deposit would be refunded when left clean. When the tenant requested their deposit, I refunded it. The apt was "cleaned" except as is very COMMON not quite as CLEAN as MOVE IN condition clean. The refrigerator was empty and wiped but there were a few straggly crumbs and a smudge or two lounging inside the refrigerator and outside on the door.
Yep, I'm picky!
