Sellers often have a fear of the word staging as they relate that to spending money. I have put together a quick checklist you can feel free to use and share with your sellers that lists some things they can do to stage properly for a good offer and they are low to no cost items but must do's to get it sold in the shortest amount of time. During my first year in Real Estate I put most of my marketing efforts into getting listings. I loved working with sellers. I loved the challenge of finding new ways to help my sellers understand the process. I am also an Accredited Staging Professional with Staged Homes and I loved helping my sellers show the home as the best it could be.
