investment property staging: Staging a Model Home in Temple City, CA

I was recently asked to stage a model home in Temple City, CA. No problem. Then I was told that they wanted to be able to move the staging from one unit to another as they sold. HMM. Actually, the units are all pretty similar (but not identical), so I decided to make it work. For the living room, I chose a 4 piece sectional which I will arrange differently in the other units to accomodate the different layout.
