goal setting: Staying Focused

Many people who are left on their own struggle with staying focused. I've rarely had this type of problem but I know it is common for many others. One of the best ways to keep your focus is to firmly set long term, intermediate and short term goals. It's important to be as specific as possible with each goal. Generalities won't cut it. Long term goals should identify where you want to be in five years. Intermediate goals deal with where you want to be and what you want to accomplish this year.
