There is so much conversation about the current real estate market that focuses on when the market will rebound. How much does it really matter though? Why does it matter and to whom? Are you interested in making real estate a wealth builder or are you riddled with fear over timing. Every type of market has it's advantages and disadvantages (8 comments)

Our Realtors, Investors and Contractors do, but I don't know if you have all figured it out yet that I am not like most other girls! Oh sure, I love silk and jewels and heals (not that I have worn them for a while), but what I really love,............... you're not going to believe it,......................... is to bringing something old and abused back to it's day of glory! I was just organizing some photo's when I realized, I never finished this series on our Jackson Street flip! Shame on me. So, here is the next instilation; Remember this? This is the lovely "Man~Cave" bathroom you got a glimpse of in the basement of this flip. As you saw in part two, it looked like this when finished; Now is this! The blue paint was really not this intense, it was actually a soft smokey grey blue. Yes, we did use the stack as a towel bar. We were out of money and changing the stack to go (24 comments)
