You know how it is when someone new comes around. You sit back and kind of "see" if they are quality people. If they have a good sense of humor. If they have scruples and integrity or in general if you are okay with associating with them. Juli & Jim, you two are amazing hosts! I just got back from a trip to Arizona to spend some time with my daughter. While I was there, Juli Vosmik and her husband Jim hosted a party for several Active Rain members to get together to meet. Well, I have to say that was one of the best parties I have ever been to! As Charlie and I were coming to the finish line on our first flip, we had several heated discussions on the F,S,B,O, or Realtor listing issue. I am a firm believer that you do what YOU specialize in and let the professionals do their job. You cannot replicate what the experts have taken many years to learn! Why should I stage my home? I've heard it said, you only get one chance at a first impression! While technically that is true, the way I see it,...You get three "first impressions" and with each one you could loose potential buyers if your house doesn't show better then the others in your target market; 1. Online Pressence 90% of buyers search the internet and weed out properties they don't care to see. If they don't like what it looks like online they just click "next property".
