South Central WI

So much so that as I was driving home from a staging job, I couldn't keep my mind on anything other than the scenery as I drove through South Central WI!

As a Professional Home Stager and A Realtor my aesthetic eye can be very critical, but no imperfections can be found in the Autumn setting here inSouth … (14 comments)

seasons: Sights, Seasons and Scenery from South Central WI, A Magical Morning! - 02/04/12 01:20 AM

Sights, Seasons and Scenery from South Central WI,
A Magical Morning!

It was unseasonably warm the first half of this week.  The little snow we've received is all but gone sending loads of moisture into the air.  On occasion when the cold front comes in quickly as it did Thursday Morning our area turns into a magical crystal coated world!  Of course no matter what else is scheduled I had to grab my camera and run out the door.

Wishing you the very best Saturday!

seasons: Sights, Seasons and Scenery from South Central WI, First Snow Only Snow? - 01/08/12 11:53 AM

Sights, Seasons and Scenery from South Central WI,
First Snow Only Snow?

I'm beginning to wonder if our first snow is going to be our only snow this year.  Of course just about the time those thoughts get stuck in our minds, Mother Nature sets us strait!

However, the mild winter is having a serious effect on the housing market here in South Central Wisconsin.  Home prices are slow but steadily rising along with the levels of the Rock River.

I would say the warm weather has brought an early selling season … (18 comments)

And the Snow Arrives in South Central WI,....
Sights, Seasons and Scenery from South Central WI.

Saturday morning,... I woke to the silent serenity of a snow covered world.  Like many things in life, I didn't know it was coming.  It covered the ground like a fresh clean sheet.  The sun came up and radiated it's magic creating a sparkling world of white.  And while the cold is never my favorite part of winter, the snow adds a magical element to every holiday season.

seasons: Sights, Seasons and Scenery from South Central Wisconsin. Who could ask for more? - 11/27/11 04:53 AM

Sights, Seasons and Scenery from South Central Wisconsin.
Who could ask for more?

There are times that I complain about the rain, the cold, the gloom but without those days would I really appreciate the magnificant days?  The beauty of each new season that is bestowed upon me?  That is afterall why I still live in South Central WI.  The amazing change of seasons!

We are blessed to have a very long majestic Autumn with blaze of color.

The most crisp tranquil white of Winters, with it's feeling like a magical snowglobe at times.

Sights, Seasons and Scenery
from South Central Wisconsin.

A couple of weeks ago I spent the entire day leaning how to use my camera in a whole new setting.  I traveled to The Horicon Marsh and played outside right after a rain.  It was a bit challenging as the sun would pop in and out causing me to change settings frequently.  I also was out in the open and into the wooded area a bit, again causing me to change settings frequently.  Hope you enjoy another little peak at the Sights, Seasons and Scenery from South Central … (22 comments)

A Buyers Interest Can Fade As Quickly As A Season!
One of my most favorite seasons in my garden is the season of the Iris.  An Iris can be soft and cool in tone like the soft evening breeze.

It can be bright and colorful like the playfulness of a child.

It can be hot and rich like the fast burning intensiveness of a relationship built on lust alone.

Sadly, An Iris fades quickly like the interest of a buyer in a home that shows poorly in the MLS or is overpriced, … (36 comments)
