I've heard of stagers who stage with accessories only, to keep down costs for sellers. Is this really effective? I'd love to see examples and whether or not it has actually helped to sell houses more quickly. I interpret this as staging bathrooms and the kitchen, and perhaps adding just artwork and rugs in other rooms. I'd love to hear from stagers who do use this staging level!

A Bachelor Pad No More!
Our company just completed staging a house in Ann Arbor (Michigan)--and the Realtor made the staging investment! I thought I'd share some before and after photos to demonstrate how staging with RE:STYLE can completely change the functionality as well as the look and feel of a home.

As I was deciding what groups to add to my list, I was reviewing the groups others had added. And it struck me--can you conclude anything from the groups Active Rainers belong to?
 
For instance, who joins Staging in the Nude? Are these stagers who like to live on the edge a little? And what if they also belong to Redesign Renegades? Now I'm thinking this person likes to work outside the box! And if they've also added Going Green, is this a wild nudist who enjoys nature? Just a thought...
