I had a lot of success by using the time tested technique of keeping in touch with clients (both sellers and buyers) at least once every 6 months with a general call asking how they are doing and if they know of anyone who might want to buy or sell. I also send out birthday and holiday greeting cards. Staying in Touch with Clients is a Sure Way to Get Referrals! I find that the more specific I can be the more effective the contact.
