Being a clinical psychologist by practice I have had my share of grading professionals on which of the two they were let (alone what ever the else complexes their lives). But in the Real Estate business getting a type A person can be if anything "a race" I have had cases where I have had to switch over to voice mail screening when I saw that caller ID number or started my progressive muscle relaxation prior to pushing that green answer button. The new Avon YMCA construction has started!! If you have been waiting the word is out the new YMCA is finally under construction. It has been a long time since the area surrounding Avon, Avon Lake and Sheffield Lake had a Y. Our last one in Avon Lake closed some 10 years ago and this has been sorely missed. Following the local media reports and hearing 4 discussion groups in the area in the last 2 weeks it is clear that the home market in the area is strong. In a previous post I had indicated that the last 3 months have shown a decrease in inventory ( a sign that homes are selling well in the area) and second, values had stabilized (another good sign for the local economy and an indication that there is a demand for homes in the area.
