Considering the weather we are having in Northeast Ohio and other parts of the country I thought I share some safe winter driving tips that are available through the triple A. "Tips for driving in the snow:" Accelerate and decelerate slowly. Applying the gas slowly to accelerate is the best method for regaining traction and avoiding skids. Don't try to get moving in a hurry. And take time to slow down for a stoplight. Remember: It takes longer to slow down on icy roads. Drive slowly. Everything takes longer on snow-covered roads. Working on a listing project today I ran up stats as usual and found some information that may be valuable to people currently looking to sell their lakefront home. Listing prices in Sheffield Lake through Bay Village for Lake front has been at $219.00 per square foot for about .75 acre lot with lake access. Homes on the lake at sale have been holding value at about 91-94% decrease from original price. Home sold at about $199.00 a square foot on that those same average lot and lake access. Ah as I watch today's games. I start to wonder can I multitask the fall season and maintain my Real Estate momentum. Not only do I have football but 3 boys in soccer and flag football and one girl in soccer (a team I am coaching this year).
