In a previous post I had indicated that the last 3 months have shown a decrease in inventory ( a sign that homes are selling well in the area) and second, values had stabilized (another good sign for the local economy and an indication that there is a demand for homes in the area. I had been initially concerned about lake front homes not moving as quickly but again recent MLS reports have indicated an increase in lake front home sales. So put a long story short the Avon Lake and surrounding communities appear to be doing fantastic. Pendings increase in the last 30 days … (0 comments)
Hours are extended to 1 a.m. for those 17 years old. Youngsters 15 to 1 6 years of age have to be home by 11 p.m.
Parents can understand that the idea of curfew helps maintain safer monitoring and care of our kids. It also helps ease parents who struggle with the issue of setting times of "being home"
