High Performance Homes are More Popular than Ever Demand for "Green" Certification is on the Rise  
Recent analysis of Triangle MLS listings suggests that more homebuyers are opting for high performance homes with "Green" certifications.
According to Raleigh Quick Appraisals,  2010 new construction sales of certified homes sold for over 10% more per square foot and in nearly 1/3 less time than new construction sales of non-certified homes. 
High performance homes in this survey were defined by any of the following certification programs:
