Big Island of Hawaii. Kailua-Kona. September Market Trend On a downward slide since the beginning of 2006, the market on the Big Island has witnessed property values dropping to 2003-2004 values (about a 20-30% decrease)! The talk on the street among Realtors is that there are GREAT deals out there. Even Donald Trump is talking that now is the time to buy property, that you will get much more for your dollar than you might have dreamed possible.
