We spent a few minutes with our mortgage team member, Chris Simms, Certified Mortgage Planner of Pulaski Bank in their Preferred Home Lending and asked him why it was a good time for 1st time Home Buyers to buy a home at this time.  Chris indicated that:

As I took my walk this morning, despite the overcast, I couldn't help thinking how lucky we are to have such great parks in St. Charles County.  We were walking through Quail Ridge park with our two best pals a Gordon Setter, and a Samoyed.  They just love the park especially since it is considered a Dog Park.  When you drive to the back there is a special fenced in area where you can let your dog run provided he/she is friendly with the other dogs and plays well.  There is also a 3 mile and 5 mile walking trail route.  … (0 comments)
