That is up +67.5% compared to June 2014 and up +3.75% year-to-date. 144 transactions were closed in June which is the most transactions closed in 1 month in nearly 5 years, up +28.6% compared to the previous year's month of June.

Steamboat Springs Real Estate Report So much to be thankful for: the ski area is open, a wonderful holiday meal with my family, strong growth in the Steamboat real estate market and more importantly, pending and home sales have settled into a predictable pattern. Pending and sales December 2014 Steamboat Springs Market October proved to be another great month for Routt County real estate transactions with $75.1M in gross sales and 131 transactions. In part, this was due to a high number of upper end sales; 11 transactions over $1M including an $11M ranch sale. Real Estate Market Report for Steamboat Springs, CO October was another good month for the Steamboat Springs, Colorado real estate market. 129 transactions took place, even more than September 2013, making it the best month in 2013 so far for transaction numbers.
