As the 4th of July fireworks were going off around Steamboat Springs, Colorado, the fireworks between buyers and sellers were but a few sparklers and buzz bombs. July followed the slightly downward trend of this summer. With a total of 79 transactions for $31.6M which is the second lowest number of transactions this year. And the truth about real estate nationwide and Steamboat Springs, Colorado over the last few years has been rough. We're seen a few blips or up-ticks and the same down turns.
