It's Time to Catch the DriftWater. Water is vital to the existence of our people and planet. The Yampa Valley is blessed with copious amounts of good, clean, cold water that comes from snow melt. It feeds our rivers and reservoirs providing miles and miles of recreational use, habitat for fish and animals, and drinking water for our neighbors downstream. Steamboat Springs To Host 2015 USA Pro Cycling ChallengeFor the 3rd time in 5 years, the USA Pro Challenge will make an appearance in Steamboat Springs. This time Steamboat will kick off the weeklong cycling event with a new circuit through some scenic backroads followed by the start of Stage 2 where the cyclists will head over Rabbit Ears Pass and end the day at Arapahoe Basin. Mud Season, a Great Time to Visit Steamboat Springs, CO Steamboat Springs locals and visitors enjoyed a fun closing weekend at Steamboat Resort as legendary reggae band, Steel Pulse, brought our ski season to a close with their incredible music. It was awesome!
