I have become so accustomed to looking at all the homes on the listing photos in MLS and I had almost forgotten how much insight and knowledge I usually gain by attending the Broker tours. I took a few hours yesterday off to attend the Gilbert-Queen Creek-Higley Broker Tour of Homes for Sale. I am so grateful to the organizers who had prepared a route that guided us along the homes included on the tour. They had also invited professionals from related trades to introduce their business. Paradise Cove in the Islands is a small, 44-home new construction community in Gilbert, AZ, on the corner of Islands Dr and Warner/McQueen Roads, on the border with Chandler. The three-bedroom-plus-den single story homes are 1,788 sq.ft and 2,211 sq.ft. The two-story homes are 3,440 sq.ft. - 4 bedrooms plus loft. For me, one striking feature I noticed is that the kitchen islands are growing bigger with more sitting and an additional sitting space in a cove by the window.
