My clients were quite happy to say good-bye to renting, and be owners of their first home. This Dietz Crane home has a wonderful and versatile two-story floor plan. It can be a three-bedrooms with two livings rooms - one on each floor, and a den. The same footprint is available with four or five bedrooms, instead of the large loft upstairs. Changes can be made easily on the current building, if a need for more bedrooms arise. home buying: Comfortable Place to Sit Down and Wait

We arrived at the house with my Buyer clients, and we heard from the Inspector that he will be late because of a traffic accident on his way. I was just reflecting how comfortable it feels to look at a bench in front of the front entrance.
In this situation, it felt very practical, too - we had somewhere to sit, not inside our cars. And to enjoy the shade of the tree by the bench, look at the careful selection of sturdy green plants which can keep their looks in any weather. The first kitchen was originally built in the eighities - then in early 2000s the new owner added artful tiles to the white countertop, most likely for his own enjoyment. They were a wonderful form of character, an update and an improvement of the monotony of an all-white counter space.
The second kitchen, most likely built in the sixties, delighted its owner for several decades and is still charming us today.

In my work as a Realtor® I often hear Buyers or Tenants requesting a home search criteria - "some grassy area for our dogs to play". When the home has no or little yard, we find that Tempe's 46 parks come very handy in satisfying that criteria. Tempe parks are located strategically throughout the city, so that residents are within half a mile - that's walking distance for most. In five of those parks there are specially designated areas as dog parks, where dogs can run off-leash and socialize with other dogs and humans.
