housing market: A Picture Speaks a Thousand Words

I live in a beautiful golf course community in Northwest Indiana. The back of our home directly faces north, with a wonderful view of the last four holes of this golf course. While the vistas are spectacular, almost any time and day of the week, last Saturday morning had something special to enjoy. The rain was falling in a very steady manner, and the sun was peeking-out from behind the morning clouds to the east.
