The Spring market is the most active time for new listings. Competition will be abundant so there is NO room for error. Getting that house ready to sell is priority number one. Everything from book reviews to marketing tips... and everything in between. During that reading I have also read many complaints about blogs NOT related to real estate. Good News For York County, MaineIt looks like things are turning around for the county of York, Maine. As of today, the county is no longer in a "Declining Market"!This means good things for residents and would-be residents. Loan processing will become easier. Appraisals will be positively effected as well. Could this be a sign that things are beginning to turn around on a much larger level? LET'S HOPE! Here in New Hampshire.... just moments ago- 8AM... we broke the record for MOST SNOWFALL IN OVER 100 YEARS!
That now puts us at over 113 inches AND Third Snowiest Season Of ALL TIME!!
