On my usual workout this morning, just enjoying the sounds of the gym, and my warm up on the treadmill. There are always others on each side of me, getting that heart rate up as well.  If the person is friendly, it's pretty easy to strike up a conversation at that point.
After fitness goals and favorite trainers are talked about for a while - the conversation inevitably moves to, "So what do you do anyway?"  Once I tell them that I am in Real Estate, which generally leads to many statements these days: "OMG how is business?" "Nothing is selling … (0 comments)

Leads are reviewed, needs are reassessed, processes are completed.  Every document is checked, double checked, then checked again.

We get asked all the time, "How can I get in on the great "deals" in the marketplace first?" 
Well, first of all, you need a great agent, so interview!  The great deals are not always those on the MLS, so find an agent that will seek it out for you.  An active agent, not a passive agent are what you want, and deserve! 
You also will want an agent who knows how to write an offer correctly, and then negotiate you the best price and terms.  This is extremely important.
