That is almost twice the number sold in the first quarter and really good news for home sellers in the Table Rock Lake area.

Stone County & Table Rock Lake Real Estate Market Report for May 2011, according to the latest local mls' statistics, single family - built on site - home sales last month total was 31 homes.  That is an increase of 8 over the previous month with the highest priced one selling for $569,000 and the lowest priced one selling for $29,900. That is a great improvement over last month with a medium price of about $130,000.

According to the MLS statistics, Branson single family homes sales last month total was 26  homes with the highest priced one selling for $450,000 and the lowest priced one selling for $38,000.  That is 7 more sold than last month and that was 7 higher than the month before, a very good trend that one can only hope continues!  The medium price of $125,000 is a 10% increase which shows less short-sales and foreclosure sales and more re-sales.  Good news indeed for the Branson area Real Estate Market.

According to the Branson Tri-Lake MLS statistics, Stone County single family built on site new and resale home sales last month total was 26 homes with the highest priced one selling for $424,000 and the lowest priced one selling for $55,000.  That is actually the same number of homes that sold in March.  Good news indeed for the Table Rock Lake area Real Estate Market.

According to our local MLS statistics, single family homes sales in Stone County MO last month totaled 26 single family homes.  The highest priced one sold for almost 500k and the lowest priced one sold for just over 20k.  The median price for homes last month was about $150,000.  That is the kind of news we hoped for the Stone County and Table Rock Lake area Real Estate Market.  
 

Condo sales was only one sold.  What can I say, bankers just don't like to loan on condos anymore:(

According to the local MLS statistics, single family homes sales in Stone County MO last month more than doubled with a total of 7 single family homes closing escrow.  The highest priced one sold for $402,500 and the lowest priced one sold for $113,000.   That gave us a median price of $160,000 which is an improvement as well.  That is better than the news we expected for the Stone County and the Table Rock Lake area Real Estate Market.  So really, if you are thinking about buying a home here, you have great timing!

According to the local MLS statistics, single family homes sales in Stone County MO last month totaled 24 single family homes.  The highest priced one sold for $425,000 and the lowest priced one sold for $24,600.  That was a small decrease in sales in number of homes but and increase in the median price of homes sold to $177,000.  These figures show there were less sales single family home sales.  That is not the news we need for the Stone County and Table Rock Lake area Real Estate Market.  However, if you are thinking about buying, you sure have good timing!

According to the local MLS statistics, single family homes sales in Stone, County last month total was 42 single family homes. The highest priced one sold for $405,000 and the lowest priced one sold for $10,500. That was two more than double the previous month's sales of non-manufactured built on the site, single family homes.  The median price of homes sold was approximately $160,000 but one home sold in the $800,000 price range with an un-disclosed sales price which may have increased the median quite a bit.
