The Authors is a very nice community in Kernersville right off Union Cross Road. This neighborhood was carved out in the early 1990’s by Thomas Prince and his wife Helen. All homes can be no less than 80% brick and no more that 2 stories with an attic per the covenants on file at the Forsyth County Register of Deeds. Wexford subdivisionin Kernersville was created around 1987. It was platted as a 117 lot neighborhood. Today this neighborhood is well known for being an nice established neighborhood in the Kernersville area. It is located close to the intersection of Hopkins Road and Bluff School Road.
